COLD HARD FACTS ABOUT LDAC

Rodney Cruce used his Special Forces training techniques to transform UCF Army ROTC into one of the top programs in the nation. As a result, 96 percent of commissioning Cadets received their first branch choice. Under Cruce’s instruction, they completed LDAC with nationally higher scores and E-Rating percentages.

“The main reason I wrote this book is to help reduce a Cadet’s anxiety before attending the Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC). Through my interaction with Cadets from ROTC Programs across the nation, I noticed differences in leadership focus and training consistency. I wanted to develop a tool that Cadets and ROTC Programs could use to help bridge the gap in training while raising the bar for leaders produced by ROTC. My vision is for the book to support Cadets with timely and pertinent information before becoming an MS III Cadet, provide a “go-to reference tool” to assist Cadre and an opportunity to lend a hand to understaffed ROTC Programs.
